Mr. KIM Pichda, Cambodian, was born in 1982 in Battambang Province. He obtained a Certificate of Pedagogy from Pedagogy School of Battambang Province in 2001. He graduated in Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Pannasastra University of Cambodia, Phnom Penh (2009), and graduated in Master of Criminology from the University of Melbourne, Australia in early 2014. From 2001 to 2003, he worked as primary school teacher in Battambang Province. From 2007 to 2009 he worked as program coordinator Pannasastra University of Cambodia Legal Clinic (PUCLC). From 2009 to 2010, he worked as legal officer for JICA Project on Legal and Judicial Development Project in Cambodian Ministry of Justice and he is a law lecturer at Pannasastra University of Cambodia.
