Born in 1970 in Battambang province, Cambodia. Graduated in Bachelor of Education in English, Institute of Foreign Languages, Phnom Penh Royal University (1997), and graduated in Master of Public Administration (MPA) in 2011. 1992-1993 – Worked for United Nations Transitional Authority in Cambodia (UNTAC), 1997-1999 – Works as Teacher at Northbridge International School Cambodia (NISC). He started his work with Garment Manufacturers Association in Cambodia (GMAC) in 1999 and currently serves as Operations Manager. He oversees three departments, Finance/HR/IT, Administration and Training.
He also serves as Chairman of Health and HIV/AIDS promotion group called Strengthening Activities of Factory Educations (SAFE) with 45 factories members, also serves as Deputy Chairman and founder of the Cambodian Business Coalition on AIDS (CBCA), the HIV/AIDS organization who helps employers combat HIV/AIDS in workplace to ensure safety of Cambodian workers. Working closely with different ministries such as Commerce, Finance, Labour, Industry, Environment and Council for Development of Cambodia.
Last but not least, he also provides overall information on Cambodian garment investment, sourcing matchmaking, and other garment-related matters to external visitors.
