In Meng has joined the Garment Manufacturers Association in Cambodia (GMAC) since 2004. During his work as a Labor Officer, he has done a lot of research in Cambodian Labor Law. He is responsible for inspecting new factories, organizing labor-related trainings and meetings with members or unions, as well as compiling labor statistics. In addition, he also provides labor law consultation and advice to members.
Before joining the Association, In Meng used to work for the First Commercial Bank, a Taiwanese bank, and The Commercial News, a leading Chinese newspaper in Cambodia. He graduated in Bachelor of Business Administration and has a Chinese high school diploma from Tuon Fa Chinese School. He can speak and write Khmer and Chinese very well and English fairly.
