Mr. Toch Oudom was born in 1992 in Prey Veng Province. He has been working with Garment Manufacturers Association in Cambodia since January 2013. Mr. Oudom presently is working as Labour Assistant.

In addition to his present position, Mr. Oudom has been working as the volunteer trainer at Equitable of Cambodia (EC) specifically on Democracy and Land Law (Economic Land Concession). He has variously run many training sessions relevant to land issue to the community and youth whom suffered from illegal eviction.

Mr.Toch Oudom obtained Bachelor degree of law at Royal University of Law and Economic (RULE), Bachelor degree of Arts, humanities & Languages (English Literature) at Western University. With his current position, Mr.Oudom has also attended many training courses national and international on the various topics. Furthermore, he has written many legal research papers. His thesis on “Professional organization in Labour law” was published and kept at RULE’s library.
