Mr. Long Heang is a senior labor officer. He is responsible for Labor Dispute Resolution Process for Garment Association in Cambodia. He works as Senior labor Officer for more than 10 years and gives advice to employers.

He acquires in-depth experience and understanding of Cambodian labour laws. He provides training of Cambodian labor law to Human Resources managers and Chinese supervisor at Garment Manufacture Association in Cambodia (GMAC).

And he can speak three language Khmer, Chinese, and English fluently.
