Hin Sopheap,31, from Kompong Speu Province, Cambodia, holds a high school diploma. From 1997 to 2000 she worked as a seller in a souvenir and kid tool shop in Parkway Supermarket. In December 2000 she completed a basic level of fashion and design from a training course of the Cambodia Japan Friendship Skill Training Center funded by the Japanese government.
She, then, worked as a sewer in Concept Garment Factory. With 2-year sewing experience, she was employed by Cambodia Japan Friendship Skill Training Center for the position of sewing trainer. Thanks to her full sewing skill, she joined GMAC’s Cambodia Garment Training Center (CGTC) in 2004 with responsibility for sewing training as her main task, as well as stationery controlling, from 2006 to 2010. She also possesses a certificate grade “B” in sewing production control trained by Japanese Experts.
