Born in 1982 in Kampong Cham province, Cambodia. Graduated in associate degree of computer science from Banana Center in 2003, and graduated in Bachelor degree of Business Administration from Norton University in 2006. 2000-2001 – Worked as Secretary for Kyung An Wire & Cable Co., Ltd, mainly responsible for secretarial and administration jobs. 2001-2003 – Worked as Shipping Assistant for United Eternity Garment Co., Ltd, mainly handle import and export matters.

Since 2003 up to date serves as Documents Monitoring Officer for Garment Manufacturers Association in Cambodia (GMAC). She investigates and finds out problems in the application for Certificate of Origin of members and helping member factories solve all the problems that occur during the application process. Giving recommendations to the management on how to speed up or resolve the problems faced with regards to export application.
