coming Khmer New Year, the owners and directors shall negotiate with workers
for voluntary [work] and shall allocate appropriate time and days off for the

Workers who work on the New Year's days are entitled to additional pay which is
equal to the wage of the normal working day.
If possible, all owners or directors of enterprises and establishments should
organize and play Khmer popular traditional games on their premises in order to
celebrate the Khmer New Year and to motivate workers who have worked for the

owners and directors of enterprises and establishments will effectively
implement and follow this notification.
