Training Course on Labor Dispute Resolution Procedure in Cambodia

Course Description

Although a factory is well organized, the dispute is likely to occur eventually. Factories can prepare their dispute resolution procedure in advance in agreement with workers’ representatives. Unless otherwise agreed, the dispute will be resolved according to the Cambodian Labor Law procedure. These procedures differ depending on whether it is an individual or collective dispute.

It is very important that the factory managers know how to deal with it. Under the Cambodian Labor Law, the labor disputes are divided into Individual Labor Disputes and the Collective ones. The Cambodian Labor Law provides different procedures for settling them. As such, as the factory managers, supervisors, team leaders, you should be able to differentiate between the individual and collective disputes and know their settlement procedures. This course will provide you this knowledge.
