Mr.SIN SOK RA graduated in Bachelor of Education in English form Management Institute in Cambodia (MIC), and now He is a Master candidate in Law at Cambodian University for Specialties (CUS).

In 2002- 2005 he had worked as a Khmer literature teacher in public school at Prey Veng province until 2007- 2010 when became a teacher of English at Beltei International Institute. In 2007 he started his work with the Cambodia Garment Training Center (CGTC) as an instructor for GMAC Training Department and he currently works as an assistant labour officer for GMAC Labour Department.

SOK RA can speak Khmer and English.
