
Tim Savann is a senior trainer of GMAC’s Training Department, a unit tasked for providing local worker with skills and coordinating training programs and arrangement of competency assessment for GMAC members. He has been with GMAC for 11 years. He got a grade “A” trainer skill on sewing production control and Kaizen (improvement) evaluated by Japanese Experts in year 2009. From 2008 to 2010 he was a person in charge of the Cambodia Garment Training Center where its office was separate from GMAC but under the direct control of GMAC management.
Currently, he hold a Bachelor’s Degree at the ASEAN University and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in business administration (MBA) at the National University of Management. He also has education experiences with NOTTON university, CARE -JAPAN (NGO), Ministry of Tourism and Private companies.
